It appears there is a new driver version available as the current download link returns "File not found".
Is it possible to update to the new driver URL? Thanks!

There's a new version of the rpm. If you could update the package will be awesome.

Thank you!
Unfortunately the PKGBUILD fails for me. Seems the link has changed again according to a new version: https://download3.ebz.epson.net/dsc/f/03/00/07/40/95/bdb3928f99c2dcc486a29a5c91f470682166e998/epson-inkjet-printer-escpr2-1.0.17-1lsb3.2.src.rpm edit: sha256sum is f0ddfd93540d035d5a6f51ce021572ec0f066449dd00cbec56ec9f048045ba3a but I guess you would verify anyway :-)
Thanks for the info. Have downloaded everything in sight while the going is good.
Epson just likes to 404 their download links immediately when they are updating anything. Annoying.
Updated to 1.0.16 and working again.
All of the Epson download links here seem to have stopped working (as have many of the links to download Epson scanner software for Linux). Does anyone know what is going on? And would any kind soul be able to let me have a copy of the current version (ideally .deb for 64-bit Ubuntu, but I can probably cope with other formats)? At present after an upgrade I'm unable to print.
New version 1.0.15-1 at https://download3.ebz.epson.net/dsc/f/03/00/07/27/77/89ad82d02fc769f9c8e996dedbe64b2337b99ea2/epson-inkjet-printer-escpr2-1.0.15-1lsb3.2.src.rpm with the sha256sum 63b968c17c582f509b62869e1b8c85a85973a6e051834dab1105fced8b1372e7
updated to 1.0.13
I must have missed the "window of opportunity" to install 1.0.12-1. I now get a "404 not found" when installing this version. And I see that 1.0.13-1 is the current version on Epson's support site. Thanks!

Just a suggestion: could you add the following keywords to the package, it will make finding the package for specific printers easier:
