I believe this package should have provides=(env-modules) so that the conflicts and replaces can be removed from env-modules and env-modules-tcl
This will prevent the following situation where it replaces itself on every sysupgrade (at least for aurutils and similar installations with a custom package server)

env-modules-tcl
creates a file in/usr/libexec
:According to the package etiquette, this should be moved to
/usr/lib/env-modules-tcl
