@charveey Thought I'd let you know that we won't be building AppImages anymore and we are moving over to packing deb's, rpm's, and tar.gz's. Join our Discord if you want to discuss this more. https://invite.gg/dot

@gebau00a okay I'll fix it

The AppImage cannot be extracted via the script, you actually need to manually make it executable before. This should be added to the next package version

@Yosh, the folder isn't the problem, it's located in /opt. I'll just rename the executable to dot-browser

@yochananmarqos I'll fixed it. Thanks

Error when i try to install the package :

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) dot-browser-bin: /usr/bin/dot exists in filesystem (owned by graphviz) Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Maybe rename the folder..

No need to include nss & libxss since electron depends on them.

@charveey Actually, you can keep this up. Thanks for porting Dot to Arch. I didn't understand what this was about at first, sorry.

@EnderDev, this is the exact same package, minus the AppImage thing to better integrate it into the desktop.

I made it to automate the install process, cause it's really tedious to manually download it each time there's an update.

Finally,I think it gives your project more visibility in the arch community

@yochananmarqos okay, I'll fix this later, busy atm
