I get the following error on install:

@Fanch What do you mean you "think"? What's the output of the command from the previous comment?

The import's exact location can be found via:

python -c "import utils; print(utils.__file__)"

You'd need to have /usr/share/dontpanic/dontpanic/ in your PYTHONPATH for the one you mentioned to work.
