Some issues/suggestions:

  • Please add cmake and git to makedepends
  • MIT is a custom license, so a license file in /usr/share/licenses/$pkgname is necessary
  • You can drop the header installation command as the header is already installed by make install

You seem to only have included the header file, this is indeed necessary but doesn't include the whole library so it's not working yet.

Also FYI, Fragments uses https://github.com/transmission/dht branch post-0.24-transmission. I don't know if will work with the master branch.
