Hi,

I figured the new 2.0.2 upstream only throws said startup error when using noexec /tmp. As current FSH standards don't recommend a noexec /tmp, I uploaded the updated version So please make sure you don't have the noexec mount option set on /tmp.

for those getting the validation errors, the shasum is probably out of date. I got around it by downloading the file from https://clockify-resources.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/downloads/Clockify_Setup.deb

Then running: sha256sum /home/user/Downloads/Clockify_Setup.deb

That will output the sha256sum. Then when you install the package, edit the PKGBUILD file and paste in that sum. Currently the sha256sum is:

468b09c2fb6c06876df72cb7b643e9aebb780f0c5f060557f018a9e61c938c22

**NOTE: I got rid of the .install file by creating the link in the package() function.

IF you are updating from 1.5.6-1 to 1.5.6-2 it will fail to install. You must remove the symbolic link first, THEN update. Or, uninstall clockify fully and reinstall.

Yes, this is annoying. Blame debtap.

I received the following error message at the very end of the install using yay. Clockify_Setup.deb ... FAILED ==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check! Error downloading sources: clockify-desktop

The build fails with an invalid checksum of the .deb package. Can you look into that?

Do you still plan to update this package or is it abandoned? Waiting like one month :)
