I figured the new 2.0.2 upstream only throws said startup error when using noexec /tmp. As current FSH standards don't recommend a noexec /tmp, I uploaded the updated version So please make sure you don't have the noexec mount option set on /tmp.

The current version is 1.8.61-1 and the checksum is: fe4e85ae0006817b0fa5dbe55dd2f1e5291a5f1c85df0846ccb6aa26c855cfeed4ad3517e9d30dbe59ae794306121f81c200aa1cc685fbb081d0ad2f24e596fd

Stupid question maybe but have you tried asking Clockify to version the deb file?I don't know exactly what would be required to make this automatic, but it seems like we all, and you especially jankoh, are doing a lot of extra work for something that should not take them that long to fix?

Is there a way to manually update the checksum in the build file? Where would one find the checksum? I couldn't find it on website

Downloading, running sha512sum Clockify_Setup.deb and replacing the output with the checksum in the build file doesn't seem to work.

please rebuild it again..

I'd love to point to a versioned .deb but unfortunately upstream only provides a linke to an Amazon S3 bucket using an unversioned filename. And since they also don't provide version information on their website, it makes it hard to keep track of any changes they make. The only chance left is to try to build the package from time to time to see if the checksum changed. :(

Anyway, here's the updated package, let's see how long this one will be up-to-date...

Current upstream .deb version is 1.8.55 with checksum d2aab0029375d8ad6327df364ee0ed8e68083cc253763a1a0d1522ba741701fff865cc75fbb81cd84e716436d7aa5226f44513dc197bad83b03d3290ee5dfdc9

Is there a way to point the source to a particular versioned .deb so that this package still builds when a new version is released?
