When compiling, I got an error along the lines of "error could not find -lltdl" so I created a symbolic link in /usr/lib from libltdl.so.7 to libltdl.so

@Aesthetikx: Could you explain more about the libltdl issue? I can't seem to reproduce it (although I have 10 billion packages installed from the repos and the AUR, maybe some package fixed it :D).

On a fresh install, I was only able to build after creating a symbolic link for libltdl, although I'm sure you already know that.
Keep up the good work!

Okay, I got an email for a comment that doesn't show up again. At 5:46 EST (UTC-5), Sileem wrote:

You need to install the 'gnome-common' package to compile Cinnamon. I'm not sure why it didn't get installed; it's in the dependencies.

The bug for the missing files was fixed upstream (except for one file, which is my fault) :) PKGBUILD updated.

@CaioAionoso, ElVirolo: Yeah, it seems like this commit renamed some files: https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/commit/0751968e9fd6efc7fa1c6c246e3295ffcc704f1d

It fixed now :)

Ok, if one sets the path in the PKGBUILD to `data/theme/player-paused.svg' (do the same with the other lines), it works, at last!

About the missing player-paused.svg, applying these changes seems to fix the issue here: http://pastebin.com/Wu5AC1Vr

@ElVirolo: same problem here.

The log: http://pastebin.com/EQVxN3uk

When I try to compile the new package, it complains about not finding « data/theme/mediaplayer/player-paused.svg".
