I took over the package – I’d already created a Twitter application a few years ago, “Nextbird”, so I had an easier time creating a “Cawbird for Arch Linux” now. Please let me know if there are any issues with the new application/consumer.

Giving up this package. This step is hard to reproduce. I spent nearly 30 minutes to get it working, without any luck.

Just built the upstream and it crashes too.

The segmentation fault is not related to the missing CSS file. (I created that file and still got the fault)

Here's the segfault:

@FredBezies thanks for the quick fix but I am getting segmentation fault now when launching the updated version of cawbird:

[af@andre ~]$ cawbird

(cawbird:34742): Gtk-WARNING **: 22:08:14.095: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:2:33: Failed to import: Error opening of file /home/af/.config/gtk-3.0/window_decorations.css: No such file or directory

are the more gnome dependencies needed now?

@fetthouhi: added liboauth which was missing. Thanks for the bug report.

fettouhi commented on 2020-11-14 20:22

Latest is giving me this error when building the package: ERROR: C shared or static library 'oauth' not found

I am using this under KDE. Is there a new dependency I am missing?

auto-scrolling on new tweets stopped with the latest git?
