Also fails to compile for me ;-) FAIL: unit/test-sdp

Also fails to compile for me, but building from the github source seems to work.

The unit/test-avdtp hangs for me also and unit/test-sdp core dumps on the Raspberry Pi. Used to build fine.

chris_l commented on 2019-08-11 22:17

It seems it no longer compiles. Or at least, it didn't in the two machines where I tried.

It hangs while doing CCLD unit/test-avdtp

Or its only me?

@ianux: thank you for replying.
I do have a running BT interface, to verify I paired an official sony controller and it did work.
I did use the sixpair utility, I actually tried to pair my controller on debian as well with the same results, I get a message that it is connect at dmesg, but the lights are still blinking on the controller side.

@hebrew: You have to pair your controller with the sixpair utility first and make sure you have a running BT hci interface.

See this (long) thread:

I can't seem to get it to work, I have a Gasia controller and after I apply this patch it seems like it is detected as an official PS3 controller, though I end up getting sony 0005:054C:0268.0011: input,hidraw4: BLUETOOTH HID v0.00 Joystick [PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller] on 5c:f3:70:65:0e:fe
As if it is connected, but the device just keep blinking and I get no input.

Regardless, thank you very much for maintaining this package! even the chance of getting my controller work with bluetooth seems good.
