It is recommended that you use the aura-bin package as the official way to install Aura.

Use Stack to build aura. It will prevent dependency issues.

Doesn't build for me, or rather, a dependency fails to build:

Just before trying to install aura, there was a big haskell update to GHC 8.2.1 which included almost 230 packages. Maybe that large update introduced the problem.
