Thank you @Louis. I updated the URL with the mirror for now and will think about external hosting or other solutions.

The old source url doesn't work anymore. Alternative one:

This package should be hosted externality so it'll continue to work after Antergos' demise.

Thank you. Package has been updated.

Package currently doesn't work due to being out of date

cml commented on 2017-10-13 07:56

Thanks for the out of date notice. I will fix it tomorrow as soon as I get home.

Package is broken ATM installation fails when trying to download the wallpapers

Downloading antergos-wallpapers-0.7-1-any.pkg.tar.xz ...
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 0
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

jonathanio commented on 2017-02-27 12:40

It might be useful to download the package to a separate filename as it confuses makepkg:

==> Extracting sources...
-> Extracting antergos-wallpapers-0.7-1-any.pkg.tar.xz with bsdtar
==> Entering fakeroot environment...
==> ERROR: A package has already been built. (use -f to overwrite)

Using --force does work, but probably not ideal. :)

The repo link returns 404, the wallpapers are located at

Your pkgbuild is broken. You have:

install -m644 /usr/share/antergos/wallpapers/*.jpg "${pkgdir}/usr/share/antergos/wallpapers/"
but it should be:
install -m644 usr/share/antergos/wallpapers/*.jpg "${pkgdir}/usr/share/antergos/wallpapers/"

Thank you for your comment.
As I understand I cannot fix that error as it is a feature of Pacman to prevent conflicts. (see

Normally this should not happen and for me the update worked flawlessly. So I suppose it had something to do with your specific situation.
